I’ve always been a keen baker and decided to start my business at the end of 2020 so that I could stay at home to be with my two gorgeous little boys as much as possible.

My mum taught me how to bake when I was a little girl. I grew up watching her bake regularly and she made all of our birthday cakes every year. Our family’s favourite is her signature cake… a simple chocolate sponge with chocolate buttercream and Galaxy Minstrels placed neatly in a ring around the top. It will forever be my favourite cake in the world!

My first celebration cake.

The first celebration cake I ever made was my son’s first birthday cake a few years ago. It was a bit lumpy and wonky and I didn’t have a clue what I was doing, but I was SO proud of my first attempt and it ignited a passion in me for special celebration cakes.
